Entrees:

Bacon & Cheese Quiche-bacon, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic-herb seasoning, eggs, cream, & milk. $12 (Thaw. Remove plastic wrap from quiche and reheat in a preheated oven at 350 until hot in the center, about 15 minutes.)

Beef Enchilada (GF)- Layers of corn tortillas with taco seasoned ground beef, black beans, green chilies, onions, roasted corn and peppers, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Small $16 (feeds 2-3) (Thaw. Black Bean Enchiladas (V)- homemade refried beans in hand rolled corn tortillas topped with green chile enchilada sauce and cheese. Large $24(feeds 4-6)(Thaw. Replace paper lid with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes.)

Breakfast Casserole-eggs, ham or bacon, herbs, garlic, spices, cheese, and onion baked with a buttered bread crust. $24(one size,feeds 4-6)(Thaw. Bake uncovered at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until crispy on top and set completely in the center.

Calzones:Cheese or Pepperoni- 3 seven-inch cheese calzones filled with marinara, ricotta, cottage, mozzarella, and parmesan. (One Size; feeds 4-6) $24 (Thaw. Preheat the oven to 425. Brush each calzone with olive oil and bake on a lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.)
